Takes Over Pandora’s Happy Radio Station + Serves as the Face of Jo Malone’s Latest Campaign for Mental Health Awareness Month
The Little Blob Sets Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival Debut for June 18
BLOBVILLE, USA (May 12, 2023) – Since LENNNIE first materialized on TikTok in 2021, the delightful, animated character has taken on a life of their own, offering a steady flow of love and encouragement in these world-wearisome times. Winning over friends and fans with gentle wisdom and pick-me-up spunk online, Lennnie extends their positivity to print with their first book Advice from a Blob: How to Find Peace in This Messy, Beautiful, Chaotic Existence, out now via HarperCollins. The little blob delivers a full-color, illustrated self-care book filled with heartwarming insights intended to help combat negativity and embrace the wonder of life.
Lennnie forayed into music earlier this year with their self-produced debut EP songs to send someone you love and is offering five more musical hugs and exquisite mini-masterpieces with their latest collection songs from a blob, available today via Blob Records.
“Sometimes it’s hard to say what you feel. Getting deep can be awkward and cheeeeesy,” shares Lennnie. “That’s why I like the idea of these lil’ songs being something you can send to a friend or a loved one just to say, ‘hey, I see you. I feel you. I love you and I’m here for you.’”
Lennnie adds, “this EP came out of lots of LOVE and lots of thinking – ‘what did I need when I was going through this specific experience? What would have made me feel understood and my heart hurt a little bit less?’ There’s no cure for feeling all the feels of life, but music makes it a little easier.”
