NASHVILLE, TN (December 14, 2021) – It’s the happiest season of all indeed for reigning CMA Female Vocalist of the Year CARLY PEARCE, who will extend her headline run into 2022. Wrapping a sold-out first leg of THE 29 TOUR with fan and critic praise from Chicago to New York City, Nashville and Washington, DC, eleven additional headline dates will go on sale this Friday (12/17) at carlypearce.com. The Taylor Mill native has partnered with PLUS1 so $1 of every ticket will go to support tornado recovery efforts in her home state of Kentucky. PLUS1 is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the trusted partner to over 200 leading music industry artists, events, and brands in unlocking funding and building visibility for high-impact initiatives delivering access, equity, and dignity to all human beings. Special guest Hannah Ellis has been added to open the run.

“The experiences that allowed me to write 29 and 29: WRITTEN IN STONE were some of the most difficult moments of my life but seeing so may faces singing every word of these 15 songs night after night, reminded me of how powerful honesty can be in connecting us with others,” opens up Carly. “The way you all showed up is so special, and I’m so grateful to announce another round of THE 29 TOUR. There are a lot of people from my Kentucky home who are going through a really devastating time right now with their lives completely changed overnight so having the opportunity to help with some of the rebuilding is so important to me.”

The new round of shows will kick off in Chattanooga, TN on March 10 and culminate April 9 in Toronto, Ontario before Carly joins Kenny Chesney’s 2022 HERE AND NOW TOUR. Each night she will perform all of 29: WRITTEN IN STONE, which The Tennessean calls, “classic country truth-telling where Pearce cuts no corners in bringing listeners on her journey back from rock bottom following a divorce in 2020.” Taking audiences through the disappointment and recovery of a pivotal year throughout the night, Carly closes the show with her 2020 CMA Musical Event and 2021 ACM Music Event and Single of the Year awards winning “I Hope You’re Happy Now.”

Carly continues, “I’m thrilled to also have my girl Hannah Ellis hit the road with us for these new dates. This will be our second time out together on the road.”

Carly will continue the celebration with a performance during the New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash, airing live December 31 (8-11:00 PM, ET/PT, 11:30 PM-1:30 AM, ET/PT) on CBS and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

For a girl who left her Kentucky home as a teenager to perform at Dollywood, the Grand Ole Opry member and chart-topping songwriter is living out her childhood dream. Billboard deemed Top 20-and-climbing “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” as one of the Top Songs of 2021, noting Carly and Ashley McBryde’s “gut-punch duet.”
