Carly’s Limited-Edition label for Conundrum Wines to Arrive This Month

WINDSOR, ON (October 4, 2024) – Last night, GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce kicked off the North American leg of her highly anticipated hummingbird world tour with an incredible performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor in Windsor, ON. Kicking off the night with “rock paper scissors” which Billboard described as an “expertly rendered breakup anthem,” Carly took the audience on a journey through her critically-acclaimed fourth studio album hummingbird (Big Machine Records), performing songs including rising single “truck on fire,” the GRAMMY®-nominated “we don’t fight anymore,” “country music made me do it,” “my place,” “fault line” and more, as well as previous hits from her impressive catalog like the PLATINUM-certified Country Radio chart toppers “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” and “What He Didn’t Do.” Stepping outside her discography, Carly also delighted fans with a country cover of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Please Please Please.” Watch a snippet HERE.

A physical representation of the world created with her hummingbird album, the tour sees Carly unveil her most detailed stage design yet with a dreamlike, lush naturescape complete with wooden accents and a multitude of florals.

Presented by Conundrum Wines, the 40+ date tour continues tonight in Hammond, IN and will proceed through North American cities like Cleveland, Tucson, Las Vegas, and Calgary before heading overseas in February 2025 for an EU/UK run of shows including stops in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, London, Manchester and Dublin. To close out the tour, Carly will head back to the United States stopping in cities like Milwaukee, Columbus, Indianapolis, Houston, Tulsa, and Phoenix before concluding on May 16, 2025 in Nashville, TN. Karley Scott Collins opened last night’s show and will join Carly on various stops, as will Matt Lang, Wade Bowen and Carter Faith on select dates.

In addition to the tour, Conundrum Wines has partnered with Carly on a special limited-edition label for Conundrum Red and White blends arriving later this month. The label features the bold, widely recognized Conundrum logo adorned with wildflowers and a hummingbird – symbols of renewal and healing that are central to Carly’s personal journey.

Of the partnership, Carly said “Everybody who knows me knows that wine is the way to my heart. Conundrum has been my go-to for years and a staple on my tour bus, so partnering with them on my own limited-edition label is such a surreal, full circle experience. Can’t wait for my drinking-aged fans to get their hands on it!”

While on the West Coast next week, Carly will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on October 8 to perform her current red hot single “truck on fire” that The New York Times hailed as a “swinging country revenge song.”  Further praise for hummingbird includes:

ABOUT CARLY PEARCE: Fiercely rooted in the classics, the girl who left her Kentucky home and high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood has grown into a woman who embraces the genre’s forward progression. GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce lit a fire with her debut album Every Little Thing and the PLATINUM-certified history-making title track, and she hasn’t slowed down since. With the praised release of her highly anticipated fourth album, hummingbird (June 7, Big Machine Records), Pearce continues to resonate with her honest lyrics and timeless musicality. The critically acclaimed album includes lead single “we don’t fight anymore” (featuring Chris Stapleton), which earned Pearce her second GRAMMY® nomination for Best Country Duo/Group Performance and fifth Top 5 Country Radio hit, as well as the blazing single “truck on fire” which Pearce debuted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Pearce is currently on her headlining hummingbird world tour where she’ll connect with fans across the globe following a run of 45 sold-out shows as direct support on Tim McGraw’s Standing Room Only Tour. Pearce, now a Grand Ole Opry and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame member, has come a long way from the pain she felt writing her critically acclaimed and commercially lauded third studio album 29 which includes Country Radio chart toppers “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde and PLATINUM-certified “What He Didn’t Do.” For the PLATINUM-certified “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” Pearce picked up her second consecutive ACM Music Event of the Year in 2022 and marked the third duet between two solo women to top Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The song also took home the 2022 CMA Musical Event of the Year and won a GRAMMY® Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, marking Pearce’s first and making history as the first female pairing to win in the category. In addition, Pearce’s 3x PLATINUM-certified “I Hope You’re Happy Now” with Lee Brice won both the 2020 CMA Awards Musical Event and 2021 ACM Awards Music Event, plus ACM Single of the Year. In 2023, Pearce joined Blake Shelton’s BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR and made her 100th performance at the Grand Ole Opry. For tour dates and more, visit CarlyPearce.com.
