NASHVILLE, TN (August 29, 2016) – TRENT HARMON stepped inside the legendary wooden circle to make his Grand Ole Opry debut Saturday night (8/27). The suave crooner opened his performance with a bluesy rendition of “What Are You Listening To” (originally recorded by Chris Stapleton) before transitioning to his debut Country radio single “There’s A Girl.”

The night marked a bucket list moment for Trent, who shared, “It’s an honor to be here tonight. I feel so blessed to be able to share this incredible moment with you and all of my fans.”

The Arkansas native is known for giving his fans a behind-the-scenes pass to his life and career so it was no surprise that he took over the Opry’s Twitter, posting photos and videos throughout the night. He celebrated with family and friends, including one of his “There’s A Girl” co-writers, Laura Veltz. His Big Machine Records label home even surprised Trent with a congratulatory cake, commemorating the performance.

Tallying almost 300,000 views in the last month, the “There’s A Girl” music video playfully depicts all that a guy would do for love. Trent echoed the sentiment from the Opry stage, thanking his fans for all of their support since his American Idol coronation earlier this year.

Trent will resume his cross-country travels this week to continue sharing new music with radio stations while simultaneously working on his debut album for Big Machine Records, expected in 2017.
