NASHVILLE, TN (December 19, 2016) – Drake White has hit the No. 1 spot on SiriusXM’s The HighwayHot 30 Countdown with his newest single “Makin’ Me Look Good Again.” The tune – written by White alongside Monty Criswell and Shane Minor – is “…a powerful song that shows off White’s impressive vocal power and range,” (Wide Open Country) and marks the soulful entertainer’s first trip to the top of the Hot 30 chart. “Makin’ Me Look Good Again” is featured on White’s debut album SPARK which lit the way through 2016 when it scored the No. 1 spot on iTunes Top Country Albums Chart upon release. It topped Taste of Country’s fan voted Album of the Year poll and was also included in The Boot’s Top 10 Country Music Albums of 2016, Sounds Like Nashville’s 16 Best Country Albums of 2016, Whiskey Riff’s 40 Best Country Albums of 2016 and One Country’s 10 Country Albums We’re Most Thankful For This Year.
